Thank you for prayerfully giving to the Weigel family. Any amount -large or small- will help cover living & medical expenses while Joe receives a bone marrow transplant. This will be a long process as his immune system fully recovers and could take weeks or months. It will be a challenging time as Joe will need to be kept isolated from the risk of getting any type of cold or infection. The priority is simply for Joe to get better. 
The Weigel family has lost their savings, their retirement, & foreclosure proceedings have begun on their home. Joe was laid off from his job last year and has sustained his family on what he had saved all of those years prior, rather than rely on taxpayer/government subsidies. But now, the reserves have run out. Joe Weigel has faithfully served in the US military and is a Gulf War veteran. The bone marrow transplant must take place at a Veterans Hospital that is out of state. Please help us embrace this challenge & take away the worry about finances - a detail that matters so little when someone you love gets the devastating news that they must battle cancer.
