- Complete healing for Joe from chronic mylogineous leukemia (CML).
- Strength for Joe, Stephany & the kids.
- Wisdom for the doctors as they determine the best treatment plan for Joe.
- Protection from infection before and after the bone marrow transplant.
- Financial provisions for the Weigel family - that they would be relieved from any stress of monetary worry - that they may focus solely on Joe's recovery.
- For the doctors, nurses, hospital workers & everyone who comes in contact with this amazing, God-honoring family - that they would know the love and mercy of Christ & that even amidst difficult times - God holds us in the palm of his hand & sustains us thru all things.
- Safe travels to the Veteran's Hospital that will be performing the bone marrow transplant
- For Stephany, Rachel, Daniel & Aimee - that the Lord would comfort them and that they would feel secure knowing God is sovereign.
